Proactive Priority Management for the Benefits Professional Scott Primiano, Performance Trainer- McQueary Henry Bowles Troy

The primary purpose of benefits professionals is simple - save lives, prevent injuries and illnesses, and protect the Company from financial hardship. In order to accomplish that primary purpose, Benefits Professionals must be proactively managing all aspects of the employee benefits program.

With Health Care Reform, COBRA Subsidy and RIFs, most of us are struggling to stay above water.  Join us as we explore a priority management tool that will create more time in the day to focus on the things that will accomplish our primary purpose like effective employee communication, accountability for individuals participating in wellness programs, and thorough analysis of everything else!

Top professionals are incredibly efficient and usually wind up allocating more time, not less, to the development of their family, community and career.  “The Dude” will teach us how to improve performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
